• The exhaust gas turbocharger consists of a turbine and a compressor. The exhaust gas discharged from the internal combustion engine is introduced into the turbine, and the energy contained in the exhaust gas is used to drive the turbine impeller to rotate, and drive the compressor impeller installed coaxially with it to work. Fresh air is pressurized in the compressor and then enters the cylinder. The exhaust gas turbocharger has no mechanical connection with the internal combustion engine, and has a simple structure and reliable operation.

• Before the engine lubricating oil pressure is established, the engine must be kept at idle speed to ensure that the supercharger is fully lubricated.
• Pre-lubricate the turbocharger. Pre-lubricate after servicing.
• Before stopping the engine, gradually reduce its temperature and speed from the maximum value to prevent carbon deposits from forming on the supercharger bearings or the intermediate housing.
